 Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing lease agreements, conducting market research, handling lease administration, managing properties, and fostering resident retention. Daily tasks will include creating and managing leases, researching market trends to set competitive rental rates, lease administration activities, overseeing property management, and ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention.

 Qualifications

Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration

Strong skills in Market Research

Experience in Property Management

Ability to foster Resident Retention

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred

Previous experience in a leasing or property management role is a plus
