Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead and oversee our audit operations .

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (Master’s is a plus).
CIA certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA/CISA preferred).
7–10 years of audit/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management & compliance.
Excellent English communication & reporting skills.

Job Requirements

Develop & execute the annual audit plan.
Lead internal audit engagements in line with IIA standards.
Recommend improvements in efficiency, compliance & governance.
Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
Supervise & mentor the audit team.
