Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Etisalat Egypt’s products and services.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing in English at a B2 proficiency level.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, promotions, and market trends.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Requirements
- Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work a fixed morning shift in an on-site office environment.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to change.
