Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, use cases, wireframes, and process flows.
• Evaluate technical solutions, feasibility, and system integrations.
• Coordinate with development, UI/UX, and QA teams.
• Analyze systems, databases, APIs, and validate quality before release.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Improve processes and prepare reports and status updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud solutions, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
