Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations in all HR administrative tasks.
  • Handle general office administration duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office logistics.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English can be used as the working language, and knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
