Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase available listings to prospective buyers.
Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring a seamless process from initial inquiry to final agreement.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with developers and internal teams to access exclusive offers and project information.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, contracts, and documentation.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client orientation with the ability to understand and address diverse client needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
