Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of automotive products.
Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align production plans with material availability and demand forecasts.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, equipment malfunctions, or changes in demand.
Analyze production data and generate reports to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure production plans meet quality standards and technical specifications.
Implement and maintain production planning systems and software for accurate tracking and reporting.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate production status, challenges, and solutions.
Support inventory management by optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the production planning process.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing within the automotive or related industry.
Strong understanding of production planning principles, scheduling techniques, and workflow optimization.
Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
