Job Description
- We are looking for a Webflow Developer / SEO Specialist to build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites for multiple clients, primarily in the Home Services industry (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.).
- This role is within a digital marketing agency environment. You will be responsible for developing Webflow websites, implementing on-page and technical SEO best practices, and ensuring websites are optimized for speed, conversions, and search visibility.
- You will work closely with marketing, paid ads, and automation teams to support lead generation and business growth for clients.
- Strong English communication (C1 level) is required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with Webflow development
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page & technical)
- Experience working in an agency environment with multiple clients
- Experience building websites for service-based / home services businesses
- Strong knowledge of site structure, internal linking, and content optimization
- Ability to optimize websites for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience implementing SEO-friendly page structures and schemas
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and paid ads teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required)
