About the role
Nomau is looking for a hands-on Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager whose main job is simple:
👉 Find new clients.
👉 Start conversations.
👉 Pitch our marketing services.
👉 Book qualified meetings.
This is not a passive role, not customer support, and not just sending messages and waiting.
We need someone proactive, confident, and comfortable selling marketing services to founders, managers, and decision-makers.
What you’ll be responsible for
Client Acquisition & Outreach
- Identify potential clients that fit Nomau’s services (SMEs, startups, brands, founders)
- Proactively reach out via:
- LinkedIn (DMs, comments, connections)
- Email outreach
- Referrals & warm intros
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads
- Follow up properly (no “sent once and forgot”)
Sales Pitch & Positioning
- Understand Nomau’s services clearly (performance marketing, growth, CRM, etc.)
- Tailor the pitch based on:
- Client industry
- Pain points
- Growth stage
- Pitch Nomau as a marketing partner, not a cheap service provider
- Handle initial objections and qualify leads properly
Meetings & Handover
- Book meetings with decision-makers only
- Prepare a short context for each meeting:
- Who the client is
- What problem they likely have
- Why Nomau is relevant
- Hand over smoothly to the delivery team
Pipeline & Reporting
- Track outreach and pipeline:
- Leads contacted
- Responses
- Meetings booked
- Share weekly updates:
- What’s working
- What messaging converts
- Where leads drop off
What we’re looking for (must-have)
- Proven experience in:
- Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Preferably in marketing / digital services / agencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Knows how to sell value, not discounts
- Organized and self-driven
- Good English and Arabic
Big plus if you have
- Background in marketing or growth
- Existing network of founders or business owners
- Experience selling retainers or long-term services
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, etc.)
Compensation & structure
- Part-time
- Hybrid - New Cairo
- Base + performance-based commission per closed deal
