Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, manage retainers, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication and relationship management
• Manage retainers, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
• Coordinate between creative, production, and media teams
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in account management.
• Strong experience in advertising or marketing agencies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
