Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) into the accounting system.
Maintain up-to-date records for accounts payable and receivable.
Perform routine bank reconciliations and report discrepancies for review.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients.
Ensure all supporting documents are well organized and accessible.
Communicate with clients to clarify missing or unclear information.
Follow standardized bookkeeping processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years in accounting, or bookkeeping.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and VAT requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud accounting systems (training provided).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication in both Arabic and English.
