🔹 Position: Aftersales Manager
Job Requirements
8+ years of experience in aftersales service management within the HVAC industry, especially in RAC (residential) and LCAC (light commercial) product lines.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and full-cycle aftersales operations (e.g., warranty, repair processes, customer support).
Established network of service providers and repair partners at the national level.
Strong communication and coordination skills to manage both internal teams and external partners.
🔹 Job Scope and Responsibilities
Set up and manage a reliable network of local aftersales service providers and repair centers.
Define and implement aftersales policies and service standards, including:
Warranty and claims management
Spare parts logistics and efficiency
Service quality and customer satisfaction
Time-to-deliver and time-to-repair KPIs
Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure a consistent and smooth customer service experience.
The position is office-based, with occasional business travel or on-site visits to customers and service partners when necessary.
