Job Description
- Oversee and manage all stock and inventory operations to ensure optimal levels and accuracy.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
- Prepare and present inventory reports and analysis to senior management.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff in stock handling and inventory procedures.
