Job Description

  • ● Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.

  • ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ● Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
