Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Residential Real Estate Agent.
- The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, and conducting property showings and market research to match clients with suitable homes.
- The agent will collaborate with developers, negotiate property deals, and deliver excellent customer service to clients.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local real estate regulations will also be an integral part of this role.
Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License.
- Proficiency in Residential Real Estate and New Home Sales.
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in market research and property management tools is a plus.
- Proven track record in real estate sales is an advantage.
