Job Description
- Lead and oversee all civil surveying operations for multiple real estate and construction projects.
- Develop and implement surveying strategies to ensure precise land measurements and boundary delineations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate survey data into project plans.
- Supervise and mentor a team of surveyors, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- Review and approve survey reports, maps, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize advanced surveying technologies, such as GPS, total stations, and GIS software, to enhance project outcomes.
- Manage survey schedules, resources, and budgets to align with project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international surveying regulations and standards.

Job Requirements
