Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facility infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of facility inspections, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
- Support space planning, office moves, and workplace arrangement to maximize operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Supervise facility staff and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Assist in the development and execution of facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in facility administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience managing vendors and service contracts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
