Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels to achieve client objectives.
  • Negotiate and purchase advertising space with publishers, networks, and platforms to secure the best rates and placements.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and new media opportunities.
  • Manage media budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular reporting on campaign spend and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors.
  • Utilize media planning and analytics tools to forecast, track, and report on campaign outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry developments, platform updates, and best practices in media buying.
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in media buying, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure advantageous media rates and placements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdEspresso).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
