EgyCham is hiring Operations Manager for one of our clients in Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager with a food and beverage background. Based in Giza, the Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage staff scheduling and performance. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with different departments to enhance customer experience and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry is required
- Proven expertise in operations management, supply chain management, and process optimization
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, including inventory management and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools relevant to the food and beverage sector
- Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations and standards
