Role Purpose:

The courier is responsible for efficiently sorting, loading/unloading, delivering, and picking up shipments within the assigned service area while maintaining DHL’s service quality, customer focus, and safety standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Represent DHL professionally; maintain uniform, grooming, and customer-first conduct.
• Deliver and pick up all shipments on time (meeting RDD and PU targets).
• Scan all shipment activities accurately using the electronic scanner.
• Handle special delivery requests and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Collect and report any cash received.
• Support operations tasks such as loading, unloading, and sorting freight.
  
  
  

Experience & Requirements:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to drive car with manual transmission.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical fitness to lift, move, and handle shipments regularly.
