OB PURPOSE:
The Senior Account Executive supports the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in managing client relationships and delivering projects efficiently. The SAE serves as the main contact for smaller accounts or secondary contact for larger ones, ensuring smooth communication, accurate execution, and strong client satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail and operational discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Act as the primary point of contact for smaller accounts/projects and secondary contact for larger accounts.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to ensure seamless execution with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and manage client briefs, timelines, status reports, and contact reports.
- Support the development of campaign budgets, ensuring proper tracking and approvals through the agency’s financial process.
- Oversee day-to-day project management and ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.
- Identify potential risks or issues early and propose solutions before escalation.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of social content across designated platforms in line with approved content calendars and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and trust through responsiveness and accountability.
- Review all materials for accuracy and quality before submission to the client.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors to prepare presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Contribute to internal communication flow and provide leadership support to Account Executives when needed.
- Stay informed on client industries, market trends, and competitor activities to support informed recommendations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Quality Assurance: Ensures work accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
- Client Relationships: Acts as a focal point for assigned clients and fosters long-term trust.
- Project Management: Manages timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination efficiently.
- Analytical & Problem Solving: Anticipates challenges and provides proactive, practical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Reviews all communications and outputs to maintain high standards.
- Presentation Skills: Supports and occasionally leads client presentations with clarity and confidence.
- Proactivity: Demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of tasks.
- Organization Skills: Manages multiple projects and priorities with precision.
- Internal & External Communication: Maintains clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Works effectively with Account Managers and mentors AEs when needed.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
