Job Description

We are seeking a talented headhunter, Talented technology focus Recruiter to join our team at EFADA Technology. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, outsourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our technology solutions and professional services sectors. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from job analysis to onboarding.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively source candidates.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Assessment: Utilize various evaluation methods to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Employer Branding: Promote EFADA as an employer of choice through innovative outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Social/Medical Insurance + Onsite work model

  • 2-4 years of technical recruitment experience in technology solutions, professional services, or IT outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of current technology trends and the IT job market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Established network within the tech industry, both locally and internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Initiatives to lead improvement of employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee development practices.
  • Ability to measure employee satisfaction and engagement in your organization.
  • Knowledge of tools to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in HR legislation that impact the technology industry.
