Job Description
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Oversee & Create all social media content (posts, ideas, scripts, copywriting, reels)
- Plan, launch, and optimize media buying campaigns
- Manage daily social media activities (posting, engagement, messages, community management)
- Monitor performance and prepare regular reports (reach, engagement, leads, ROI)
- Lead and coordinate designers, setting priorities and ensuring quality output
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent marketing messaging
- Work closely with management to achieve marketing and business goals

Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in content creation and paid advertising.
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts independently.
- Deep knowledge of ad platforms and analytics tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with full ownership of results.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
