Job Description:
- Analyze market data and collaborate with team members to identify potential new revenue streams and opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct research on market needs and industry trends to support the company’s new market expansions (Including the MENA & Africa regions).
- Analyze the need gaps across all companies’ functions; Sports, F&B, Sales, Digital, etc.., to proceed with different business development plans.
- Assist the management with a new revenue streams committee based on market needs, conduct regular studies, and initiate new ideas to ensure profitability maximization, optimal customer experience, and brand loyalty.
- Extract and analyze from the current commercial dashboards data to come up with recommendations based on full development plans (New & Existing).
- Support the exploration and development of new business sectors within the organization, providing data-driven insights.
- Conducts initiatives (Research studies) to support strategic decision-making and the alignment of departmental strategies with long-term organizational goals.
- Assist in project management tasks, including the actionability & implementation of approved recommendations and the oversight of data migration projects.
- Ensure departmental goals align with organizational objectives, contributing to profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Minimum 5 – 6 years proven work experience in a similar role.
- Preferably has work experience in global Research agencies.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in procurement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good MS Office Applications knowledge.
- Analytical skills with detailed oriented.
- Problem-solving skills.
