Undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. Be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors for her scope
Create and settle custody requests for all minor requirements and purchases.
Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
Monitor and review the booking of the meeting rooms
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
BSc Degree in Related Field
