About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-driven Event Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing activities in Europe and the other region. This role sits at the intersection of social media coordination, AI-assisted content creation, and on-ground marketing activations.
You will work closely with the marketing teams to ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms while also supporting offline events, exhibitions, partnerships, and activations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and hands-on execution, online and offline.

Position Overview
As a Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating social media content, supporting AI-driven content workflows, and assisting with the planning and execution of on-ground marketing activities and events in Europe and beyond.
You will ensure timelines are met, content is aligned with brand guidelines, and activations are executed smoothly — from planning to post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Events & On-Ground Activations
Support the planning and execution of on-ground marketing activations, events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Assist with event branding, booth setup, promotional materials, and on-site coordination
Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints
Support post-event follow-ups, reporting, and content collection
Social Media & Content Coordination
Coordinate and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of posts, use AI tools to create creative designs.
Assist in writing captions, adapting content tone per platform, and localizing content when needed.
Maintain and manage the social media content calendar.
AI & Digital Marketing Support
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, image/video tools, analytics tools) to support content creation, ideation, and optimization.
Assist in researching trends, hashtags, formats, and content ideas using AI and digital tools.
Support performance tracking and basic reporting for social media and campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, business development, and external partners.
Support internal communications, presentations, and marketing materials.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools for marketing.
Knowledge of on-ground activations, events and exhibitions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events and social media.
Experience in tech, fintech, startups, or agencies is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site and support events outside regular office hours when needed.
No restrictions on business travel.
