We’re looking for fresh graduates to join our Back Office Network Operations team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple domains — Core, IP, RAN, Transmission, OSS, and VAS.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Monitor and analyze network performance

🔹 Support troubleshooting and incident handling

🔹 Learn from senior experts and vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia)

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Fresh graduates in Telecommunications / Electronics / Computer Engineering

💡 Basic understanding of mobile networks & IP fundamentals

🌐 Passion for technology and continuous learning

Preferred Certifications (optional): CCNA, HCIA, or 5G Fundamentals

📍 Location: Smart Village

🕓 Availability: Full-time, shift-based role
