Education Sales Specialist

We are looking for ambitious, Self-motivated individuals to join our Cairo team as Education Sales Specialists.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of existing students, contacting parents to discuss progress and renew their course packages.
- Act as the trusted advisor for parents, resolving their concerns and recommending the best learning plans (Upselling/Cross-selling).
- Use our CRM to track student attendance and identify "at-risk" students to improve retention rates.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets, cross-team collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, Tele-sales, Customer Retention, or Education Consulting. (Experience in EdTech, Real Estate, or Insurance is a huge plus)
- English proficiency B1 or above
- Excellent negotiation skills, objection handling, and emotional intelligence with Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and open personality.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) or proprietary internal tools
