At ctrl+, Reels and TikToks are not “content.”

They are reach, PR, sales, and brand perception in under 90 seconds.


This role owns all of it.

From idea → shoot → edit → post → repeat.



What you’ll actually do (no fluff)


You will:

• Come up with Reel & TikTok ideas that people don’t skip

• Shoot on phone and camera, depending on what the story needs

• Edit for attention, not awards

• Post, track, tweak, and double down on what works

• Build repeatable formats for brands, not one-off viral dreams


You’ll be working on real brands, real places, real people

Real estate. Hospitality. F&B. Sports. Culture.


No stock footage energy here.



This role is for you if


• You think in hooks before aesthetics

• You know the first 2 seconds decide everything

• You understand trends but don’t chase cringe ones

• You’re comfortable directing founders, chefs, athletes, CEOs

• You care about saves, shares, retention more than likes

• You’d rather post something good today than perfect next week


If you wait for briefs or approval loops, this won’t work.



What you’ll be responsible for


• Concepting short-form ideas weekly

• Shooting on-site and on-the-go

• Editing fast, clean, native

• Publishing with intention

• Reading performance and adapting

• Helping shape each brand’s short-form personality


This is a creator-led role, not a scheduler job.



Tools you should already be comfortable with


CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut (pick your weapon)

Instagram & TikTok native tools

Basic analytics and retention graphs

AI tools for ideas, scripts, rough cuts (used smartly, not blindly)



What success looks like


After 2–3 months:

• Clear content POV per client

• Formats that repeat because they work

• Reels that get shared, not just viewed

• Clients asking to shoot more

You won’t be making trend soup.

You’ll be shaping how brands show up in real life and on people’s phones.


Some days you’ll shoot at 9 AM on site.

Some days you’ll post at 11 PM because timing matters.
