Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and labor law.
  • Design and update organizational structures and job descriptions.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems linked to strategic objectives.
  • Lead organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage governmental and legal HR matters.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 of experience in human resources & organization development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to implement them effectively within the organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships inside and outside the company.
  • Proficiency in modern HR systems and digital tools for employee management.
