Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and labor law.
Design and update organizational structures and job descriptions.
Develop and manage performance management systems linked to strategic objectives.
Lead organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage governmental and legal HR matters.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 of experience in human resources & organization development.
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to implement them effectively within the organization.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships inside and outside the company.
Proficiency in modern HR systems and digital tools for employee management.
