Job Description

  •  Position Overview
  • Manycon Construction Services is looking for a Telesales Engineer to support and expand our construction documentation services across Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
  • This role is ideal for an engineering graduate with sales experience who can confidently engage GCC construction clients in Arabic and English.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to clients in Saudi Arabia & Qatar
  • Promote construction documentation and engineering support services
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and engineering firms
  • Understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams

Job Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / related)
  • Minimum 2 years telesales or sales experience
  • Construction or engineering services background preferred
  • Language Skills
  • Fluent Arabic & English (mandatory)
  • Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of construction documentation processes
  • Familiarity with engineering terminology
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM systems
