Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
- Academic background / diploma / Courses in HR.
- Proven experience in a managerial or mid-level HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor law, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
