Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Broker located in Cairo airport, Egypt. The Customs Broker will handle daily tasks including managing customs clearance processes for both imports and exports, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Responsibilities also include identifying solutions to resolve any customs-related disputes, preparing shipping and documentation requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Customs Brokerage and International Trade
• Proficiency in managing Import and Export operations
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Understanding of regional and international trade laws and regulations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressures, from Cairo resistance
• Good dealing and knowledge of Nafeza and MTS regulations.
• Experience from 2-3 years in Customs clearance in airport.
• A degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
