Strong background in bar administration, operational control, and reporting. Proven experience in cost control, beverage costing, inventory management, and waste reduction. Demonstrated ability in training, coaching, and developing bar staff to meet luxury service standards. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams. Solid knowledge of SOP implementation and quality control. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and during high occupancy. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Full supervision of daily bar operations across all outlets. Ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with 5-star standards. Control costs, monitor stock, and optimize beverage profitability. Prepare staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training programs.
