Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary architect of client success at our dynamic digital advertising agency. This role is far more than an intermediary; you will be the trusted advisor, project conductor, and growth partner for your portfolio of clients. You will immerse yourself in their business, translate their objectives into impactful digital strategies, and orchestrate our internal teams to deliver exceptional, results-driven campaigns. Your ability to build deep relationships, manage complex projects, and leverage data to tell compelling stories will directly fuel client retention and agency growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Strategic Leadership
· Act as the primary point of contact and the trusted "face of the agency" for a dedicated portfolio of clients, fostering long-term partnerships built on transparency and results.
· Lead client onboarding and kickoff processes, ensuring flawless alignment on goals, brand assets, access, and expectations.
· Conduct regular strategic reviews (weekly/bi-weekly status calls, quarterly business reviews) to assess performance, refine strategy, and identify new opportunities.
· Proactively manage client expectations, providing strategic counsel on what is achievable within budget and timeline constraints.
Project & Workflow Management
· Function as the internal "traffic controller," coordinating seamlessly with creative, development, media, and strategy teams to ensure flawless execution from brief to delivery.
· Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.
· Oversee the agency’s project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), ensuring clear task delegation, timeline visibility, and seamless workflow.
· Conduct rigorous quality control on all client deliverables (creative, copy, reports) to ensure brand consistency and "zero-error" output.
Strategic Planning & Campaign Oversight
· Collaborate with clients to define and evolve their digital marketing goals, translating them into actionable, comprehensive strategies and creative briefs.
· Oversee content calendars and campaign plans, ensuring alignment between organic social, paid media, and broader marketing initiatives.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide proactive insights and strategic pivots that keep clients ahead of the curve.
· Champion integrated campaigns, ensuring synergy across all digital touchpoints for maximum impact.
Performance Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
· Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native insights, social listening tools) to monitor, measure, and interpret campaign performance.
· Prepare and present clear, insightful performance reports that move beyond data to tell a story—highlighting key metrics, ROI, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
· Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and shape future strategy, demonstrating a clear link between efforts and business outcomes.
Business Development & Growth
· Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling of agency services (e.g., new platforms, campaign expansion, influencer marketing).
· Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop compelling proposals and pitch decks for new projects, campaign extensions, and seasonal initiatives (e.g., Ramadan, Black Friday).
· Lead presentations of new ideas and strategies to client stakeholders, using data and narrative to secure buy-in.
· Contribute to new business efforts by providing insights for pitches and assisting with proposal development, leveraging your frontline client experience.
Qualifications & Required SkillsExperience
3-5 years of account management, client services, or relevant strategic experience within a digital marketing/advertising agency is essential.
Digital Proficiency
Deep familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems: social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), analytics tools, project management software (Asana, ClickUp), and a solid understanding of web development and media buying processes.
STRATEGIC & ANALYTICAL MINDSET
Ability to think strategically, interpret data to derive insights, and make recommendations that impact the client's bottom line.
Project Management Excellence
Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and budget management.
