Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a مسؤل تأمين _ سيلز (Insurance Sales Representative). The role involves identifying and acquiring potential clients, promoting the company’s life and medical takaful insurance products, and understanding customer needs to tailor customized insurance solutions. The employee will also manage existing policyholders, provide policy guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to effectively promote and sell insurance products.
• Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills for engaging with clients and managing accounts.
• Knowledge of insurance products and the Egyptian life insurance and takaful market is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage client requests efficiently.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Islamic Sharia-compliant financial products is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
