Job Summary:
The HC Site Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations & administrative activities at the sites.
This role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate employee records, & compliance with company policies while providing essential HR administrative to employees & management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily employee attendance through the fingerprint system.
- Coordinate with relevant sites & resolve any issues related to attendance & departure.
- Prepare monthly effects reports on attendance & leaves.
- Review leaves & mission requests & ensure their compliance with company policies.
- Track annual leaves balances & prepare periodic reports on them.
- Ensure the completeness & confidentiality of employee files & maintain them in an organized manner.
- Monitor & maintain files for casual labor.
- Regularly update employee databases & add new employees to company ERP systems (e.g., fingerprint, HR database, life insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate the recruitment cycle for casual hirings.
- Prepare monthly reports on employee attendance, absences, resignations, & transfers.
- Assist in submitting accurate & required data for management reports.
- Participate in preliminary administrative investigations when needed.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or similar administrative roles (preferably in a multi-site organization).
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, & office administration practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools [Excel, Word, & PowerPoint, etc].
- Willing to relocate across Egypt.
