We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architect to join our growing team and lead BIM implementation across complex architectural projects. The role focuses on developing, coordinating, and reviewing detailed BIM-based shop drawings to support construction and site execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed workshop drawings for construction.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary models using BIM tools.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure integration across all services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM-based projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, design standards, and shop drawing preparation.
• Experience managing BIM workflows for large-scale projects.
• Experience with projects in the Gulf region is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team spirit and proactive approach to coordination
• Ability to attend and actively participate in meetings
• Previous experience in working on large-scale projects.
