Hygenix is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our commercial agreements and project delivery. We provide high-performance door solutions for the healthcare and pharma sectors, and we need a detail-oriented professional to manage the "fine print" that keeps our projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts (RIAI, PWC, and bespoke).
• Commercial Risk: Identify and mitigate project risks while managing variations and final accounts.
• Coordination: Act as the link between our production facility in Wicklow and on-site project teams.
• Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets Irish building standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years in Contract Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Industry: Background in construction, manufacturing, or sub-contracting is essential.
• Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of Irish construction law.
