We’re hiring a full-time Cold Caller to help us connect with potential leads. All applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in Real Estate. You must speak very fluent English with a neutral accent, and have a strong and stable internet connection. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Making outbound calls to prospective sellers

Following scripts and qualifying leads

Requirements:

Very fluent in English with a neutral accent

Quiet work environment

Stable internet

Headset with clear microphone

Reliable and consistent availability (40 hours/week)

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

Previous experience in cold calling.

Familiarity with real estate or sales software like Mojo Dialer, GoHighLevel.
