Job Description

West Somid Developments is seeking a qualified Executive Engineer to join its on-site team. The Executive Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring proper execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site
• Ensure implementation of works according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify and report any technical issues during execution
• Coordinate with the technical office and project management team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience as an Executive / Site Engineer
• Experience in real estate development or construction projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Ability to work under pressure and manage site challenges
• Good communication and reporting skills
