About the role:

We’re hiring a Material Planning Engineer with a background in mechanical engineering to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in inventory & material planning, this could be the right move for you.

Key Responsibilities: 🔧

✓ Plan and control inventory levels to meet operational and production needs.

✓ Analyze demand forecasts and consumption trends for mechanical parts and equipment.

✓ Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.

✓ Develop and implement material planning strategies to reduce lead times and costs

✓ Optimize stock levels, avoiding overstocking and minimizing shortages

✓ Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to forecast spare parts needs.

✓ Implement and maintain inventory control systems (ERP, MRP).

✓ Monitor and report on Kev Inventor performance

✓ Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and material shortages.

✓ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in inventory management

Qualifications: 🎓

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

- 2 - 4 years of experience in inventory/material planning or supply chain

- Solid knowledge of spare parts and heavy equipment components

- Strong skills in ERP/MRP systems and Excel

- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
