The Role

As a pivotal leader, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning to final execution. You will be the bridge between departments, ensuring that strategic goals are met on time, within budget, and with maximum efficiency.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead development projects stemming from institutional analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Project Governance: Develop essential project documentation, including Project Charters, Timelines, Budgets, and Risk Registers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Synchronize efforts across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Quality departments.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor milestones closely and implement practical solutions for risk management.
• Standardization: Unified project management methodologies using professional PM tools and templates.
• Growth Support: Drive new business development initiatives from a structured project management perspective.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading strategic and operational projects (F&B experience is a plus).
• Strong ability to influence and coordinate between diverse departments without direct administrative authority.
• Expertise in reporting project status to senior management and aligning tasks with corporate strategy.
