Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarder based in Smart Village. The Freight Forwarder will manage daily operations related to forwarding, export processes, and freight transportation. Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing the timely delivery of goods, liaising with shipping agents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and resolving customer service inquiries related to freight forwarding.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations. Proficiency in forwarding and export processes, experience in freight transportation management, strong customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics documentation, ability to work efficiently in a team and in a dynamic on-site environment. Relevant experience or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
