Job Description
- Lead and manage the fresh meat sales unit to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for fresh meat products.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- B2B experience is a must

- Fluent English language
- Strong background in FMCG
- Excellent user for MS office
