Role Description

We’re looking for a driven Investment Officer to join our Strategy and Portfolio Management team at OneStop Holding.

You will work closely with senior leadership and founders across the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and evaluation to portfolio management and growth support.

• Key Responsibilities
• Supporting deal sourcing, screening, and investment analysis
• Building financial models, valuations, and investment memos
• Assisting in due diligence, legal and commercial coordination
• Working with portfolio companies on performance tracking and growth initiatives
• Supporting investment committees, reporting, and governance processes

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• 2–4 years of experience in investment, VC, PE, or startup environments
• Commercial mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Comfortable working across multiple companies and sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• CFA or similar certifications
