 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Qesm 1st El Mansoura. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, handle lease administration, and ensure compliance with lease agreements. Key responsibilities include managing commercial real estate portfolios, analyzing property performance, and developing strategies to maximize value. The position also involves regular communication with tenants and stakeholders.

 Qualifications

Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration

Strong understanding of Leases and their practical applications

In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property and lease management

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Prior experience in managing property portfolios is a plus
