Job Description
- Provide technical support for end users, systems, networks, email, and applications.
- Act as the primary contact for ERP, HRMS, and POS L1 application support.
- Maintain IT infrastructure across offices and stores, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to align IT services with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of tickets, incidents, and service requests in the ITSM system.
- Track and manage IT assets, SLAs, and service delivery compliance.
- Analyze recurring incidents and recommend preventive solutions.
- Participate in service performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Food and Beverage, Hospitality or retail is must.
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
