Responsibilities

Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for facility assets and equipment.

Monitor and troubleshoot MEP, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring timely repairs and minimal downtime.

Maintain records, logs, and reports using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for data-driven decision-making.

Ensure compliance with local safety standards (ISO, OSHA) and regulatory requirements for facility operations.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for outsourced maintenance activities and specialized repairs.

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher

2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, specifically within a facility management environment.

Perfect written English

Strong understanding of local building codes, health & safety regulations, and energy management.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex maintenance issues.
