We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction and finishes industry and a proven track record in financial leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the same role.
• Solid experience within the construction and finishes sector (mandatory).
• Previous experience working on construction sites and dealing with site-related financial operations.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of English.
